  • 500 g gluten-free flour
  • 500 ml of lukewarm water
  • fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • egg

Let the yeast sour in warm water, add oil, salt and gluten-free flour. We will make a dough journey. Let it rise in the heat. We shape the loaves from the dough, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. We rub the loaves with an egg. Sprinkle with poppy seeds or rasca. Let it rise and bake in an oven heated to 220 C.
