recept Ducat buns
  • 300 g gluten-free flour with a pinch of salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • dried yeast
  • 200 ml of milk
  • A slice of butter
  • 300 ml of milk
  • vanilla and crystal sugar
  • Van vanilla pudding package
  • 2 egg yolks

Mix yeast and some sugar in lukewarm milk. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Add the yeast to the flour, add the yolks, butter and let the dough sour. We make buns out of the way, which we store in a greased and gluten-free flour plate. Bake at 160 ° C for about 30 minutes. Put the buns on a plate, pour cream over them.

Cream: Put the milk in a pot, mix the sugar, pudding powder and egg yolks in a little milk. Pour into the hot milk and cook a thick cream.
